Estratégia de Evangelismo Para Metrópoles
"E todos os dias, no templo e de casa em casa, não cessavam de ensinar e de pregar Jesus, o Cristo." - Atos 5:42
Como já vimos anteriormente, é muito difícil a penetração da igreja nos lares de estranhos para a pregação do evangelho. O milagre, porém, pode acontecer, e, de repente, poderão se abrir dezenas de casas e centenas de caminhos novos e livres para o acesso da igreja. E acontecerá de maneira suave, tranqüila, sem alardes, sem a necessidade de muito marketing, e com custo quase zero para a igreja. Rapidamente, as muralhas que separam a igreja do povo ao redor cairão por terra, a igreja sairá das quatro paredes e em pouco tempo estará fazendo missões urbanas.
É a estratégia dos Grupos Familiares. Se apenas 20% dos membros da igreja se dispuserem a pagar o preço, o plano estará viabilizado. Para uma igreja de 150 membros, o rol seria dividido em 30 grupos de 5 membros, o que corrresponde a 20% do rol. Para uma igreja de 200, 40 grupos. E, assim sucessivamente. Basta que um quinto dos membros da igreja resolvam abrir as portas das suas casas, e o milagre da multiplicação acontecerá na igreja. Haverá um processo de crescimento que não terá mais fim. O método é infalível, imbatível. É bíblico.
Vamos agora fazer modestas projeções estatísticas, você se surpreenderá! Por exemplo, trabalhemos com os dados de uma igreja de 200 membros. Se os grupos se reunirem no mesmo dia, em um só dia haverá 40 cultos! Se cada grupo contar com a presença de quatro outros irmãos da igreja, 200 irmãos estarão participando destes cultos. Se pelo menos 03 visitantes não evangélicos comparecerem à reunião do grupo, semanalmente 120 pessoas estarão sendo evangelizadas. As perspectivas de crescimento são imensuráveis, porque cada pessoa que se converte traz outras consigo. Está escrito: "Crê no Senhor Jesus e serás salvo, tu e a tua casa" - Atos 16:31!
Os líderes de grupos serão devidamente orientados, treinados e verão que a liderança das reuniões é a coisa mais fácil do mundo! Em pouco tempo outros membros do grupo se habilitarão à direção. Alguns grupos crescerão rapidamente, e, ao atingirem o número de dez participantes, poderão ser desdobrados em dois, dando origem a um novo grupo. Para facilitar a comunicação e visando o bom funcionamento desta estratégia, poderão ser formados capítulos ou distritos por áreas geográficas, de oito ou dez grupos cada, sob a supervisão de um líder distrital.
Tem muita gente simpática à idéia de grupos familiares, que não apoia por não possuir o dom de pregar. Não é preciso. Qualquer pessoa alfabetizada estará habilitada a dirigir um grupo. As lições serão sempre distribuidas antecipadamente, com tempo suficiente para o estudo individual. Na reunião do grupo, o líder fará apenas os comentários conclusivos (que poderão ser lidos), dará as respostas (para dissipação de dúvidas) que terá recebido do líder distrital, e coordenará a reunião, cujo programa poderá ser: - um ou dois cânticos; leitura dos comentários conclusivos da lição; fornecimento de respostas; breves opiniões dos presentes; recolhimento de pedidos de orações; orações intercessórias; e a distribuição da lição seguinte.
Para atrair os vizinhos há muitas formas, além, é claro, do convite direto. Uma boa idéia é criar um formulário de Pedido de Oração, distribuir aos vizinhos para que preencham com os seus pedidos. Meia hora antes da reunião, alguém passa para recolher os pedidos e aproveita para convidar a pessoa para a reunião, a fim de conhecer aqueles que estão orando por sua vida.
Periodicamente os líderes de capítulos poderão promover festas, passeios e outras atividades entre os membros e participantes dos grupos da sua área de jurisdição, para propiciar maior comunhão.
O método de Grupos Familiares é bíblico. O Senhor Jesus treinou os seus discípulos, deu as orientações necessárias, e os enviou de casa-em-casa ( Lucas 9:1-6 ). Posteriormente, enviou outros 70 discípulos também de casa-em-casa ( Lucas 10:1-10 ), os quais regressaram "possuídos de alegria, dizendo: Senhor, os próprios demônios se nos submetem pelo teu nome!" - Lc 10:17. Qual o propósito do Senhor Jesus ao enviá-los? O prosseguimento da obra e a expansão do seu reino por todo o mundo.
A igreja apostólica se expandiu rapidamente pregando o evangelho publicamente e de casa-em-casa. "Partiam o pão de casa-em-casa..." Atos 2:46; "de casa-em-casa não cessavam de ensinar..." Atos 5:42; "publicamente e também de casa-em-casa." -Atos 20:20. Por dois anos Paulo pregava o evangelho dentro da sua própria casa - Atos 28:30-31; a igreja na casa de Lídia (Atos 16:40); a igreja na casa de Priscila e Áqüila (Romanos 16:3-5); a igreja na casa de Filemon (Filemon 2).
Sobre grupos familiares, vale a pena ler o Livro "Grupos Familiares e o Crescimento da Igreja", de Paul Yonggi Cho, publicado pela Editora VIDA, o qual narra em detalhes como se deu a plantação e o crescimento da Igreja Central do Evangelho Pleno em Seul, na Coréia. Esta igreja em 1961 tinha apenas 600 membros; após a implantação dos grupos familiares disparou a crescer, e não mais parou. Em 1992, na 10a edição do livro, que serviu para a minha consulta, esta igreja já ultrapassava a soma de 150.000 membros.
O Pastor Paul Yonggi Cho fez escola. Outras igrejas da Coréia adotaram o método e também dispararam a crescer. A Coréia do Sul é hoje um país com maioria evangélica, e possue as maiores igrejas do mundo. A maior igreja presbiteriana do mundo, e também a metodista estão situadas na Coréia do Sul.
Nas folhas 84 a 86 do seu livro, o Pastor Paul Yonggi Cho conta que certa feita foi ministrar no Japão sobre o crescimento da igreja e os japoneses ficaram céticos quanto a esta possibilidade para aquele país. Paul, mesmo sabendo do alto grau de rejeição dos japoneses pelos coreanos, escolheu uma senhora bem treinada da sua igreja e a enviou ao Japão com o desafio de plantar uma igreja e atingir 200 membros no primeiro ano, e fazê-la crescer para 1.000 membros. Já no primeiro ano esta missionária ultrapassou o alvo chegando a 250 membros.
Para o ano seguinte seu alvo já era 500 membros!
Nestes tempos de metrópoles, não há método melhor para missões urbanas do que o sistema de grupos familiares. Ao redor da casa de cada membro da igreja há dezenas de famílias fechadas nas suas fortalezas que nunca atenderiam a um estranho. Contudo, você que é vizinho tem acesso a essas pessoas. Se insistir no convite elas irão à reunião do seu Grupo Familiar.
Uma forma de facilitar a aceitação do convite por parte dos convidados é servir um chá após as reuniões. Neste caso, as pessoas seriam convidadas para um "chá" seguido de breve momento de meditação. É uma estratégia boa. Funciona bem. A decisão de servir ou não o chá, ficará à critério de cada grupo, consoante entendimento prévio com o líder distrital
Os grupos familiares poderão ser fixos ou móveis. Com o desenvolvimento do programa, os líderes distritais perceberão isto, que determinados locais se mostram mais férteis, e poderá decidir pela fixação das reuniões do grupo nesses locais. Os líderes devem, contudo, perguntar sempre se alguém oferece a sua residência para hospedar a próxima reunião. Muitos visitantes solicitarão reuniões, e isto será ótimo, porque sempre que a reunião ocorrer em local diferente estarão aumentadas as chances de se alcançar outras pessoas, vizinhos e familiares do hospedeiro.

The leaders of groups will be guided properly, and they will see that the leadership of the meetings is the thing easiest of the world! To facilitate the communication and seeking the good operation of this strategy, chapters or districts can be formed by geographical areas, of eight or ten groups each, under the supervision of a leader city.
He has a lot of nice people to the idea of family groups, that doesn't support for not possessing the talent of preaching. It is not necessary. Anybody alphabetized it will be enabled to drive a group. The lessons will always be distributed in advance, with enough time for the individual study. In the meeting of the group, the leader will just make the conclusive comments (that can be read), he will give the answers (for dissipation of doubts) that will have received of the leader city, and it will coordinate the meeting, whose program can be: - an or two songs; reading of the conclusive comments of the lesson; supply of answers; brief opinions of the presents; withdrawal of requests of prayers; prayers ; and the distribution of the following lesson.
To attract the neighbors there is many forms, beyond, of course, of the direct invitation. A good idea is to create a form of Request of Prayer, to distribute the neighbors so that they fill out with your requests. Half hour before the meeting, somebody raisin to pick up the requests and it takes advantage of to invite the person for the meeting, in order to know those that are praying for your life.
The leaders of chapters will periodically be able to promote parties, walks and other activities between the members and participants of the groups of your jurisdiction area, to propitiate larger communion.
The method of Family Groups is biblical. Mr. Jesus trained your disciples, he gave the necessary orientations, and he sent them of house-in-house (Lucas 9:1-6). This church in 1961 had only 600 members; after the implantation of the family groups it discharged to grow, and not more it stopped. In 1992, in the 10a edition of the book, that it was for my consultation, this church already surpassed the sum of 150.000 members.
Shepherd Paul Yonggi Cho made school. Other churches of Korea adopted the method and they also discharged to grow. To South Korea it is today a country with evangelical majority, and have the largest churches of the world. The largest Presbyterian church of the world, and the Methodist is also placed in South Korea.
In the leaves 84 to 86 of your book, Shepherd Paul Yonggi Cho counts that right done it went to supply in Japan on the growth of the church and Japanese were skeptical with relationship the this possibility to that country. A form of facilitating the acceptance of the invitation on the part of the guests is to serve a tea after the meetings. The family groups can be fixed or pieces of furniture. Many visitors will request meetings, and this will be great, because whenever the meeting to happen at different place the chances they will be increased of being reached other people, neighbors and relatives of the host.
